Vibe Coding Seminar for HTM Professionals

Event Requirements

The Vibe Coding Seminar is a hands-on, lab-driven learning experience designed specifically for Healthcare Technology Management professionals. The focus is on practical coding skills that can be immediately applied to real-world HTM workflows.

Participants will learn how to use modern development tools, including Python and basic web technologies, to automate processes, analyze data, and build internal tools that improve efficiency and insight.

Earn 1 CEU per session.


Seminar Structure

Session 1: Introducing Vibe Coding

Participants are introduced to the core concepts of Vibe Coding, including tool setup and foundational technologies. This session establishes the mindset and environment needed to succeed in later labs.


Session 2: One-Shot Coding Lab

This session focuses on rapid solution creation. Participants will learn how to generate functional scripts and tools quickly, emphasizing clarity, speed, and practical outcomes.


Session 3: Iterative Vibe Coding

Participants learn how to refine, test, and improve their code through iterative development. Topics include debugging, enhancement strategies, and incremental improvement.


Session 4: Iterative Vibe Coding Lab

A capstone-style lab where participants take an idea from concept to a refined working solution through hands-on experimentation and iteration.


Who Should Attend

Healthcare Technology Management professionals

Professionals interested in automation, data analysis, and workflow improvement


No prior programming experience is required.


Learning Outcomes

By the End of the Seminar, Participants Will Be Able To:

  • Understand how coding applies to HTM workflows
  • Build and modify simple automation and analysis tools
  • Use iterative development techniques to improve solutions
  • Confidently explore coding as a professional skill set


Required

A Windows laptop with administrator access

Administrator rights are required to install software and development tools during the workshop.


At least one idea per workshop

Bring an idea you would like to build or improve. This may include automation, reporting, data cleanup, workflow optimization, or internal tooling.

Bringing multiple ideas is encouraged.


Recommended

Curiosity and a willingness to experiment

No prior coding experience is required. The seminar is designed to support beginners while remaining valuable for experienced participants.
