Nominate someone for president (aka chairman).

The Chairman shall:
1. Preside at all scheduled meetings of either the membership or the Executive Board, unless said meeting is intended to investigate the office of the Chairman.
2. Serve as an advisor to all committees, with the exception of one created to investigate the office of the Chairman.
3. Perform such other duties as may be deemed necessary by the Executive Board.
4. Appoint a member to act as NEFAMI’s representative to the Florida Biomedical Society.
5. Appoint a member to serve as Editor of NEFAMI’s newsletter.
6. Appoint a member to serve as Webmaster of NEFAMI’s website.
